Frank studied Physics at Technical University Munich, Diploma 1986. From 1986 - 1990 he worked as physicist at German Center of Aerospace Research, DLR. From 1990 - 1999 he worked as Head of Research Flight Establishment, DLR. From 1999 - 2004 he was CEO DaimlerChrysler Aviation GmbH, Stuttgart. Since 1992 he is appointed Sworn-in expert for aeronautics and flight operations.
Frank practices intellectual property law since 2004 with main focus on general physics, aeronautical and space technology, robotics, automotive, medical devices, German employee inventor's law, and infringement law suits.
